About Us
Why We Need a New Website
An attractive and effective website becomes the central backbone of access to our church leaders. In our strategic planning efforts, we have identified key challenges in effectively serving church leaders. Because of the general isolation of individual churches and their complex distribution throughout the country, it is important that we have a communication tool that can easily reach their locations. A new website could significantly improve our visibility and access to this widely dispersed group of church leaders, as well as offering opportunities to develop a diverse array of affinity groups of leaders facing common leadership issues. Church budgets are always strained with the growing pressure to increase ministry. An effective website will encourage leaders to use our cost-effective services while minimizing the impact on their church budgets. Finally, parish leaders (both paid and unpaid) have extraordinarily busy lives. A new website would allow them to access our products and services at a time convenient to their schedule with minimal investment of time. A new website design is critical to the success of our mission of equipping church leaders.Messages From Supporters

Our Mission
Our vision is to be a recognized resource providing church leaders with easy access to information, training, spiritual nourishment, and networking opportunities that support their roles in today's complex church environment. We define church leaders as the system of pastors, staff, and church leaders who collaborate in the leadership of an individual church. Our mission is to equip these leaders with essential skills and knowledge of best practices in church leadership. Through this training and access to information, we believe they will become more effective church leaders and work with a collaborative spirit in supporting the multitude of church ministries so important in the lives of millions of church members. To achieve this vision, we have developed four areas of service including:1. Leadership Resources: Best-practice information from churches throughout the United States
2. Leadership Empowerment: Training in church leadership skills and practices that support healthy churches
3. Spiritual Growth of Leaders: Opportunities for church leaders that nourish life-long spiritual growth
4. Networking of Leaders: Annual conferences and other periodic gatherings of church leaders to share stories, best-practices and a spirit of hope that their work is vital to our church Mission's
