About Us

Why We Need a New Website

We need to explain what we do to a wide range of people - potential clients, funders, partners, neighborhood supporters and more. We have an equally wide-range of languages and cultures in our area. Many of these people don't know who we are, why they may want to work with us or support us, or how to find us. A better designed and architected site will help people connect with us from where they are coming from and - almost more importantly - help us get found by them in the first place. For example, some people are searching for help in rehabilitation lending and we get lost in the noise of for-profit national lenders.

We have a great story to tell - we just need professionals to help us do it! We can provide even more service in our community if our neighbors understand we are community-owned and operated, and that we are here only to help improve the Frogtown neighborhoods.

I have lived in the frogtown neighhood for approximately 30 years. It is the melting pot of Minnesota, , the very young to the very old, educated, uneducated and those with just good old common sense. It is filled with hope ,dreams and a strong desire to have a neighborhood we can all be proud of. But... It is difficult to find the resources to help us help ourselves, We need a good web site that will let all of us know what the resources are and what we need to do to acquire them. We have a stong community of many volunteers who try to disperse the information but it just doesn't get to as many as we would like. We need a professionally composed web site so that our community knows how wide this non-profit stretches it's arms in many directions.

Our community center does a really good job of putting a lot of well-used effort toward neighborhood-building. Our neighborhood has a lot of needs, which can become great strengths with efforts of the kind this non-profit is providing. We would be an excellent choice for your support. Thank you!

Our Mission

We re-vitalize housing and businesses in Saint Paul's Frogtown neighborhoods. We provide low-interest loans and grants to homeowners in our neighborhoods to improve their properties, and we work with area businesses to improve business and job growth. We also do new housing development and "mixed-use" properties with housing and business on the same site.
